10 Best 2017 All-Wheel-Drive Sports Cars

8. Subaru WRX STI

If you know someone with a Subaru you may have noticed that no other brands exist to him or her. Of course, since Subaru is the king of AWD vehicles the 2017 WRX STI had to make our list of the best AWD sports cars. Subaru offers two trim levels: The WRX STI and the WRX STI Limited.

This car comes standard with a 305 HP 4-cylinder turbocharged 2.5 L, helping it to sell itself. LED headlights, a high performance sport tuned suspension, heated front seats, and finishing touches make this sports car feel like home. Other homey touches include leather wrapped steering wheel, shifter handle, and aluminum alloy pedal covers—all of which are standard features. This sports car can be compared to the 2017 VW Golf R that comes standard AWD with a 4-cylinder 2.0 L 280 HP. Performance-wise the Subaru easily has more to offer and for the same starting price, which is around $35,000.

The standard equipment on the VW Golf R is very similar to Subaru such as the heated front seats, leather trim, sport suspension, and back up camera. You deserve the small pleasures in life, like driving down the road with your moon roof open or being able to navigate to any destination hands-free. In order to indulge in these pleasures, it might be worth it to spend the extra $4,000 or so on the Subaru WRX STI Limited.
